There may be ways in which our financial choices are harming the world around us. Therefore, it makes sense to take time to regularly and prayerfully review the decisions we make around money.

The video reflection is inspired by the five-step Daily Examen from the Ignatian tradition as developed by St Ignatius. The Examen is a prayer discipline involving reflection on the events in our lives, to become aware of God’s presence and discern God’s direction for us.
Guiding you through the reflection is Colin Darling, who led ECCR’s Ethical Money Churches project in the West Midlands. Grateful thanks to Colin whose experience and prayerfulness have shaped this guided prayer resource.
