Good Money Sunday is an initiative from the JustMoney Movement. It’s an opportunity to encourage reflection and action in your church and wider community around a good and just use of money.
Although Good Money Sunday is marked on a specific Sunday each year (usually at the end of the first week in October, during Good Money Week), we encourage you to download and use the resources throughout the year. You’ll find hymn suggestions, prayers, reflections, sermon notes and ideas for how to get your church engaged.
You and your church could:
- Explore how you connect your faith and your finances
- Join a Good Money Week event or organise your own
- Discover actions you can take, like switching to a greener bank or making more ethical purchases
- Get involved in campaigning for a fairer, greener finance sector
- Pray for a fairer, greener use of money by churches, businesses, banks and investors
